Harbor Tycoon

Harbor Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing port. You lay out docks, assign cranes, route trucks, and try to keep ships from stacking up while they wait for a berth. It's quietly addictive in the way good sims are.

Progress is steady rather than fast, and the game leans on optimization: a tiny change to your truck routes can clear a jam that was bugging you for ages. That little click of solving it is the whole appeal.

The interface can get busy on smaller screens, and pinch-zoom is your friend. Otherwise it's a calm, tidy management game that's easy to pick up and hard to close.
